Elmo was just a practice cake, but soon I'll be making a huge cake for my step daughter it's going to be a luau theme and she has asked me to make a surf board. So I have decided to go all out, I'm attempting gum paste hawaii like flowers (which can look very real if I pull it off) Its going to be three layers covered with fondant, which I'm going to imprint it, and put seashells all over it. Then embellish it with many gum paste flowers, and place a surfboard in the front sitting vertical. I only pray I can actually make it look professional looking.

you made this??? it's awesome Aime, you are so good at cake decorating!!! Keep up the great work!!! You should totally do this professionally. Which reminds me, do you work? I didn't even know you had a blogspot until now.. where have I been? LOL
wait, maybe I did know... it's starting to come back to me now. I think I just forgot, so I never checked it. I'm glad you mentioned it on myspace.

No I can't work yet Bobby's worried to leave Noah with anybody but soon I hope. Maybe a business adventure of mine will emerge soon we shall see. Thanks for the compliments on the cake also.
